The adaptive reuse of a zero lot line warehouse suggested a building with a building. The assembly of cellular spaces in the middle of the building both separates and supports the work space in front and the living space in the rear. A majority of the construction materials were salvaged and repurposed, including structural steel and wood flooring from onsite demolition, and aluminum printing plates donated from a local artist.
